Ordering Information

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we require all orders to be confirmed in writing prior to production commencing

Once an order has been placed Gloabal Doors Ltd reserves the right to charge for alterations to the original order if required.

Order Requirements

We require the following information as a minimum to be able to proceed with the production of an order

  • Finished aperture dimensions - the doors will be made to suit these dimensions using our standard door height and width tolerances.
  • Frame Material and Colour including profile choice if the A00 series is selected.
  • Door Design - using the terminology found on the door designs page of our site and in our brochure - should a bespoke design be required - please provide a dimensional drawing
  • Panel Choice/s - please specify the colour of each panel in the design and should a non standard MFC panel be required please state the manufacturer and Decor code
  • Accessories If Required - brush strip and softclose (A100 series only)
  • Internal Panels Required 
  • Delivery Information and Address
  • Requested Delivery Date 
Provided with this information the order will be placed into the production schedule within 72 hours.  At which point our logistics team will contact you with a proposed delivery date.
Please note that unless explicitly requested we do not provide order confirmations as a matter of course.
During busy periods it may take up to 72 hours for the logistics team to be in contact to arrange delivery
