S200 Series Components

All of the S200 components are available in 10 colours from stock . All profiles are fully colour coordinated to ensure the finished product has a high aesthetic value.

In addition to supplying the full range of steel components and associated accessories required for the manufacture of sliding doors, we also offer the specialist tools required to fabricate the doors.

4mm Stile 

 

The S200 4mm side stile provides the handle to the sliding door, whilst also protecting the glass panel along the vertical edge.       

Each door requires two side stiles

4mm Top and Bottom Rail

  

The S200 top/bottom rail fits on the top and the bottom of the sliding wardrobe door.

This component is notched to accept the locator tabs on the bottom wheel/top guide assembly, which are then screwed to the side stile.

4mm option design for use with glass panels.

Each door  up to 1220mm wide requires one rail.

Universal connector H bar

  The S200 Universal connector H bar is used to create split panel doors.

This universal component can be used with either glass or MFC panels.

Glass packer- Rail/ Stile

  These packers convert:
  • 10mm universal connector H bar to accept 4mm glass
  • 8mm side stile to accept 4mm glass

Top Track

  

The S200 top track is E shaped and attached to the top of the wardrobe framing assembly. There are two channels for the doors to run in.

As the doors are bottom rolling this component serves to stablise the doors.

Universal and colour coordinated on the front facing edge, this component is required for all S200 sliding wardrobe door installations.

Bottom Track

 

The S200  bottom track accepts the bottom rollers of the doors in the wardrobe framing assembly. There are two channels for the doors to run in.

As the doors are bottom rolling this component should be installed on a flat and level load bearing surface.

Universal and colour coordinated, this component is required for all S200 sliding wardrobe door installations.

Top Guide

 

The twin ball bearing top guide is constructed from a nickel plated metal carriage with an injection moulded PVC insert. The guides use ABEC 5 bearings and rubber coated to roll smoothly within the top track channels.

Each door requires 2 guides.

Bottom Roller

  

The load bearing bottom roller is constructed from a nickel plated metal carriage with an injection moulded PVC insert. The wheel uses an ABEC 5 bearing and is chamfered to roll smoothly within the bottom track channels.

The S200 bottom roller also feature anti-jump tabs which snap fit into the bottom track channel preventing the doors from leaving the track.

All S200 bottom rollers are weight rated to 50kg.

Top Positioner


  

This device simple creates a small amount of resistance against the top guide in the position that the door is required to stop at. It is not a soft close however eliminates the issue of doors rolling unintentionally should the flooring not be perfectly level.

Brush Strip

   Brush strip is applied to the sides of the doors to minimise impact when the door and wall come into contact.
